BXN Onboarding projects

Our customers can quickly and easily increase their inbound and/or outbound message flows themselves by adding new businesses to communicate within the Business Exchange Network Pagero Online. Alternatively BXN will assist in doing this with a customized onboarding project.

An onboarding project typically consists of the following steps:

1. BXN’s Project Managers formulate project targets in consultation with the client (for example connection volume percentage) and devise a project plan.

2. BXN and the client review the business partners and customers relevant to the project.

3. BXN and the client send a letter to selected partners, explaining the benefits of e-messaging and why the partner should start sending/receiving electronic messages.

4. After this, BXN’s Contact Centre will contact partners/customers to find out which of our connection services suits each company’s needs.

5. BXN also helps all partners and customers to get started.


The project is continuously monitored in order to achieve the maximum acceptance rate. Going forward, the client can either use the e-business locator to add new suppliers and buyers (free of charge) or opt for a continuous onboarding service from BXN.
