BXN’s e-order services significantly increase control over the order message flow. Thanks to BXN receipt handling, the buyer can be certain that the order messages have been received properly by the supplier. All messages are accessible in real time.

Full traceability of the purchase process is offe­red by linking related messages together. Best effort matching is performed. The supplier can also activate a validation service that ensures that all inbound order messages with specific content requirements are fulfilled, before being delivered to the order system.
 
BXN e-order suits all businesses
It does not matter which order format is used since BXN automatically converts all messages to the format that the buyer or supplier uses. Additionally, it does not matter if an order system used or not.
Buyers that use a purchasing system create their orders as usual and send them to the supplier via BXN where they are automatically converted to the correct supplier format (e.g. XML, EDI).
Suppliers that do not use an order system handle messages in PDF format via our web portal. The order response messages are sent from the Web Portal to the buyer in their desired data format (e.g. XML, EDI).
BXN e-order can also be used for order of material and services.
