BXN Connection Services

With BXN Connection Service our customers can connect to BXN in different ways depending on needs for automation. It is possible to both send and receive e-invoices using any of these options:

Pagero Web Portal is a fully web-based service in which the user can create and send e-invoices using BXN’s easy-to-use interface. You don’t need to install any software, and you don’t need to invest in a financial or ERP system. All you need is a computer connected to the Internet with a web browser, and your login details to BXN.

With BXN Connect, invoices are created as normal in your financial or ERP system, and saved either in a designated directory or sent to BXN using our virtual printer tool. Invoice data is interpreted and delivered electronically to recipients via BXN. Our portal also works for companies which can create and/or receive e-invoice files (PDF, CSV, XML, EDI) directly to their finance or ERP systems.

BXN Server Connect allows companies to send and receive e-invoices automatically, to and from their workflow or ERP via BXN without any manual processing. BXN Server is a powerful service for companies groups with multiple legal entities.

Companies requiring a direct communication link to BXN can use our customer specific communication, for example via FTP, SFTP, HTT­PS or AS2. BXN API is a toolkit for companies wanting to connect to BXN directly from their ERP system.
